Legacy golf course locations6/11/2023 ![]() This place needs a FOH manager that is separate from the BOH manager urgently. Designed by Arnold Palmer, the course is comprised of towering pines, majestic native oaks and wetlands, all preserved as a stunning backdrop where Floridas coastal wildlife abounds. I’ve seen seniority privilege and experienced it personally at other jobs, this was not that. This Course's Location is: Convenient to the City 29 Near Local Attractions 18 Worth the Drive 10 Numbers based on reviews tagged with attribute. Meanwhile, if the new employee makes the same minor mistake, no one corrects, talks to, or helps fix said issue before being let go. The Legacy Golf Club 130 Par Excellence Dr, Henderson, Nevada, 89074 676 Reviews 63.4 Holes 18 Par 72 Length 7233 yards Designed by acclaimed golf course architect Arthur Hills, The Legacy Golf Club is an 18-hole, desert jewel highlighted by manicured playing conditions, multi-tiered fairways and large undulating greens. No matter how many mistakes/rules they break, they won’t be fired. In the same moment, there is heavy favoritism with special treatment and “good shifts” given to said people. Meanwhile, the girls that ARE training you do not get bonus pay or admirable praise for doing so. FOH Management didn’t know how to work the register, how the beverage cart attendant shift works, or how any other server/bar tender duties go. No one communicates proper shift times or information that is vital to the smooth flow of any shifts (items we are out of, what events are happening, if somethings not working properly.etc). Ive golfed here many times in the past but stopped going when they closed obviously, but wanted to try it again. The fairways were great the greens were true and I have never seen the course in better condition. ![]() No welcome packet, training list, or take home menu provided. The Legacy Golf Course was in beautiful condition with the exception of one green had some repair going on. ![]() After your interview, you’re almost entirely on your own to learn the job and ask questions. Management has absolutely no part in on-boarding, training, Point-of-Sale systems, Etc. The job itself is exciting, fun, and the pay/tips are really nice.
